本中心為楓邑國際附設之商務中心,位於臺中市豐原區芝柏信義大廈電梯八樓。座落地段在原臺中縣之「地王」區域(信義街、博愛街間之中正路兩側),鄰近廟東商圈與臺中臺鐵捷運紅線豐原車站。中心提供即租即用的辦公空間,整合各項商務資源,讓您可以樽節開辦新事業或設立中臺灣新據點時的龐大成本,將資本花在刀口上。除了硬體設施的租賃外,中心也聘有秘書,提供一般行政庶務的協助以及辦公環境的日常管理暨維護。

商務辦公室

  •  中心附設共用之交誼廳、洽談區、茶水間、男女化妝室、會議室(可偶爾使用)
  •  設有傳真機、文件掃描和影印機等基本辦公設備(付費使用)
  •  商務中心秘書提供基本行政庶務協助

會議室租借

  • 本中心備有 10 至 12 人座會議室,租借費用每 3 小時新台幣 900 元(限上班日)
  •  凡本中心辦公室承租客戶,可免費使用會議室一定時數
  •  租金含會議桌椅、空調、白板、投影機、無線網路等基本設備使用
  •  需至少提前 2 個工作天來電預約,並在會議室開始使用前預先繳納租金
  • 提供飲料代訂服務(需額外收費)

 


 

The first business centre in Fengyuan District, Taichung City

MPTI Business Centre is an affiliated division of Mapleton International Corp. It is located in the 8th floor (elevator #) of the GP Xinyi Building. The building is situated in Fengyuan downtown area which was the most prosperity area (Xinyi Street, Bo'ai Street, and Jhongjheng Road) with the highest real estate prices amongst all the former Taichung County cities and townships. The building is also nearby "Fengyuan Miao-dong Night Market" and "TRA Fengyuan Station."

The business centre offers ready-to-use office space, integrating a variety of business resources. This could be helpful to business centre members for minimising the huge cost of establishing a new business or branch in the central Taiwan region, spending company budget wisely. In addition to hardware facilities, there is an executive secretary of business center, who provides assistance in general affairs and maintenance of business centre common areas.

Virtual Office (Business Registration)

Conference Room Rental

  • The business centre has one conference room (10-12 seats) for rent; the price is NTD 300 per 3 hours (weekday only)
  • All Mapleton International Business Centre members can free use of the conference room (a certain number of hours per week)
  • Rent includes: usage of conference room table and chairs, air conditioning, whiteboard, projection equipment, Wi-Fi, etc.
  • A call schedule should be confirmed at least 2 days in advance (before start using the room, payment in advance is required)
  • Beverage ordering service is available (extra charge)
