This privilege is specially offered to travelers visiting Fengyuan for official business, business trips, administrative matters, or professional medical service. Exclusive Privileges

Eligible guests staying during the applicable period may enjoy: Standard Double Room rate → Complimentary upgrade to a Comfort Double Room. The room-rate difference for the upgrade will be fully covered by Mapleton Motel, allowing you to enjoy a larger and more comfortable room at the original Standard Double Room rate. In addition, the standard NT$100 breakfast allowance will be increased by an additional NT$50, for a total breakfast allowance of NT$150.

Applicable Dates

Effective immediately, this offer applies to stays from Monday through Thursday. It is not applicable on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, or consecutive public holidays. In case of any discrepancy regarding applicable dates, Mapleton Motel’s published definition of weekdays and holidays shall prevail.

Eligible Guests

This offer is available to currently employed:

• Public servants

• Teachers and other education personnel

The offer is available only to the eligible individual who personally stays at the hotel.

Eligibility Verification

Upon check-in, eligible guests are required to present a valid identification or employment/service certificate, such as:

• Valid professional license or service identification for physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals

• Military identification, service certificate, or other valid military credentials

• Police or firefighter service identification

• Public servant identification

• Teacher or education staff identification

Front desk staff at Mapleton Motel will verify the relevant documents at check-in to confirm eligibility for the offer. If valid proof of eligibility cannot be provided at check-in, the guest will not be eligible for the complimentary upgrade and the original reservation terms will apply.

Reservation Methods

This offer may only be reserved through the following two methods:

1. Online reservation through the government-operated Taiwanstay.net.tw (Taiwan Tourism Hotel Booking System), with a note indicating that this offer will be used.

2. Direct reservation by telephone with Mapleton Motel, with the guest informing the hotel that they wish to use this offer.

Reservations made through other international third-party booking platforms are not eligible for this offer.

To ensure that an upgrade can be arranged, guests are required to inform Mapleton Motel at the time of booking that they wish to use the Weekday Complimentary Room Upgrade Offer for Military Personnel, Police Officers, Firefighters, Public Servants, Educators & Healthcare Professionals.

May Be Combined with Other Eligible Offers

This offer is provided in the form of a complimentary room upgrade. Eligible guests may use it in combination with other accommodation promotions for which they separately qualify. For example, a guest who qualifies for another promotional room rate may still enjoy the complimentary room upgrade and increased breakfast allowance under this offer, provided that all applicable conditions are met. Actual benefits are subject to the terms of each individual promotion and room availability on the date of stay.

Additional Terms

Each valid proof of eligibility entitles the holder to one guest room per day under this offer. The offer is for the eligible individual’s own stay only. Accompanying family members or friends who do not meet the eligibility requirements may not independently claim the room-upgrade benefit. Complimentary upgrades are subject to daily room availability and are available while supplies last. If no Superior Double Room is available for upgrade on the date of stay, the guest will stay in the originally reserved room type. No cash refund, compensation, or other substitute benefit will be provided. This offer may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods, services, or equivalent benefits.
